To copy and paste text in Windows

• Highlight the text to be copied by placing the mouse cursor at the beginning of the text and dragging to the end of the text you want to copy.
• Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'C' to copy your text.
• Place the mouse cursor at the point you wish to copy your text to and left click.
• Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'V' to paste your text.

To copy and paste text on a MAC

• Highlight the text to be copied.
• Hold down the 'Command' key and press 'C' to copy your text.
• Place the mouse cursor at the point you wish to copy your text to and click.
• Hold down the 'Command' key and press 'V' to paste your text.
